Refund policy

As our products are intimate apparel, they are exempt from the 7-day cooling-off period under hygiene considerations and Article 19-1 of the Consumer Protection Act. All sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds.

For size exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via Instagram DM or at embodytw2024@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for exchange:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Free of perfume, body odour, deodorant, or washing powder

• Free of make-up or pet hair

• Not a sale item

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached and we will prioritize resolving the issue for you.
